Assistant Claims Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise subordinates to handle insurance claims and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
- Handle and manage litigation and direct settlement cases
- Provide quality customer services to clients
- Provide suitable trainings to the Claims Team
- Assist Claims Manager to prepare management reports and statistics for management review
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder with professional qualifications such as ANZIIF/ACII
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in EC and casualty cases; supervisory and management experience is required
- Possess relevant legal knowledge will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and fluent in Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong career-minded, enthusiastic, able to work independently and under pressure
