The Role:

  • This position is responsible for assisting the business line department in providing administrative support related to employee benefits schemes for our clients.
  • Duties include reporting member changes to underwriters, handling client enquiries, providing professional customer service, ensuring tasks adhere to internal & external SLAs, and monitoring administrative processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Form 7/DSE or above with minimum 3 years' experience in Employee Benefits in a broker firm or insurance company.
  • Holder of FLMI or LOMA preferred or passed in IIQE Papers.
  • Candidate must be customer-oriented, well-organized, detail-minded, and possess good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese required.
  • Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel) necessary.
