Executive for Benefits Administration

As a Senior Executive, Enrolment, you will be responsible for assisting the business line department in providing administrative support in relation to the employee benefits schemes of our clients.
The job incumbent will be responsible for reporting member changes of client's employee benefits schemes to the underwriters, handling clients' enquiries on member's records, providing professional customer service & relationship building, ensuring all tasks adhere to internal & external agreed SLAs, and monitoring the administrative process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Key responsibilities include reporting member changes, handling client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- A strong understanding of employee benefits schemes and underwriting processes is essential for success in this role.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for monitoring the administrative process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This may involve implementing process improvements and identifying areas for cost savings.
