As an Associate Director, Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing a defined sales strategy to drive growth and revenue. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on local and large markets, and convert identified prospects into clients and manage handovers to Account Management Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet business objectives
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the Employee Benefits sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
