About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a product management professional in the cardio-metabolic area. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market analysis, promotion, and development strategies to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead market analysis, brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute insulin strategy and drive commercial success
  • Design and launch innovative products and services to meet customer needs
  • Develop and implement sales force training and education programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life science, business administration, marketing, or related discipline
  • Advanced marketing or business qualification is desirable
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience in marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in multinational corporations
  • Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business growth and advocate innovative ideas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking skills to create win-win solutions
