We are a global technology company specializing in blockchain solutions. With our upcoming expansion plan, we are creating a new headcount for the Chief Human Resources Officer to oversee our business.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and development. As the Head of HR Strategy, you will develop and implement global HR strategies that align with our business goals and values.

You will lead a team of 12 and act as a trusted HR advisor to the C-levels. Your key responsibilities will include establishing a strong HR presence within the company, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions where the company operates.

We are looking for a candidate with approximately 15 years of experience, a University degree in HR Management or related discipline, and a proven track record of success in driving business results through people-led initiatives. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is highly desirable.
