About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Business Management: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales teams, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Clinical Excellence: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Creative Economic and Value-Added Solutions: Develop and implement creative solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Quality: Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures, and drive quality awareness throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Functional Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of business and industry drivers, and the ability to advise subordinate staff on complex issues.
  • Business Expertise: Ability to interpret and monitor business trends and market developments to contribute to plans to address business challenges.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage professional employees, set team priorities, and allocate resources.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex functional, technical, operational, and organizational problems.
  • Impact: Makes decisions that impact business results, including the support, prioritization, and funding of projects, products, services, and technologies.
  • Interactions and Communications: Influences the opinions and decision-making of others to achieve department objectives.
