Business Development Manager

Job Overview
Atradius is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in key account management, preferably in credit risk management, regional or international trade, insurance, and finance, or related sectors.
- Fluent in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin language skills highly desirable.
- Candidates with greater experience will be considered for the position of Senior Account Manager.
