Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Business Strategies

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region. This includes identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing targeted marketing campaigns.

Manage Customer Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including personally managing new customer accounts and coordinating business development activities in the region.

Lead Sales Teams

Manage and lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This includes setting sales targets, customizing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing department on regional marketing initiatives.

Communicate Effectively

Communicate effectively with the head office on a daily to weekly basis to report on business progress and provide consistency in company standards.

Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends

Stay up-to-date with market trends and analyze competition landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience

5-7 years of experience in IT or business management fields, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

Leadership Skills

Experience in managing sales teams and leading business development initiatives.

Technical Knowledge

Good technical knowledge or ability to quickly grasp key concepts and utilize resources.

Communication Skills

Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing and business, or related work experience.

Language Skills

Fluency in English, with intermediate fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese a plus.

Travel Requirements

Travel to nearby regions or major country regional expos and tradeshows is required, with bi-annual to annual international visits to the Hong Kong headquarter office.
