As a Sales & Account Manager at Smart IMS Inc., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and managing key client relationships within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams, and collaborating with client stakeholders to understand workforce needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on Technology related staffing augmentation / solutions, managed services, and SOW-based engagements.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align tailored staffing solutions accordingly.

Project Oversight:

  • Oversight of Statement of Work (SOW) projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Coordination with delivery teams to ensure successful staffing fulfillment and workforce management.
  • Negotiation of contract terms, pricing, and SLAs to align with both client and company objectives.
  • Management of CRM records, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provision of regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
