Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR policy development, systems management, and staff development. They will work closely with the Director of HR to implement key projects, develop policies, and manage resource allocation effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational development by identifying areas for improvement and implementing change management practices.
  • Manage HR systems, data, and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance leadership skills and compliance knowledge.
  • Take on additional projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of senior-level HR experience in complex organizations, preferably in publicly-funded institutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations of Hong Kong.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the academic landscape in Hong Kong and Mainland China is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with fluency in Putonghua preferred.
