About The Opportunity

The Organization & Talent Development Expert / Director will plan, develop, implement as well as administer development and training programs for employees of the organization. The incumbent will also act as a liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitate initiatives across the organization.

The Organization & Talent Development Expert / Director will work as a key role in partnering with our leadership team and act as an advisor to them, while driving initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment to our core values and organizational culture strategies.

The successful candidate will plan, develop, implement as well as administer development and training programs for our employees, making a profound impact on our organizational culture in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • According to the organization's strategic direction and business planning, you will design and optimize the organizational structure to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Derive business, organizational and talent insights key to a globalized company (especially in the crypto industry), help the business iron out obstacles and build positive synergies through OD & TD tools including organization diagnostics, structure/process design, workforce planning, competency modeling, talent review and development, etc. and ensure successful implementation.
  • Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract organizational and employee productivity trends, derive insights and opportunities to catalyze needed organizational changes, providing full change management solutions from designing, delivering, tracking to evaluating and iterating afterwards.
  • Derive OD and TD solutions to address business challenges and enhance company-wide performance management & OKR management.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management team to develop sustainable talent philosophy and full-cycle talent management framework.
  • Collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally based on strategic and organizational needs. Customize intervention tools and programs to help key stakeholders improve their managerial and business efficiencies.

What We Look For In You

  • Over 15 years of experience in HR management or HR Centers of Excellence (COE), including a strong consulting background with more than 10 years in Organization Development and Talent Development (OTD) areas.
  • Solid understanding of the crypto, fintech, or technology industries.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as the role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Chinese-speaking regions.
  • Proven track record of diagnosing problems, designing pragmatic solutions, and delivering results for world-class companies, including hands-on implementation support.
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to manage projects and integrate diverse resources effectively.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to thrive under pressure and adjust to rapidly changing environments.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to embodying and promoting the company's values across the organization.
  • Balanced expertise and openness: A strong domain expert who is also receptive to new ideas and feedback, fostering collaboration and seeking optimal solutions for the company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of driving business conversations and ensuring follow-through on initiatives.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into details and execute effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong partnerships within the HR team and across business units.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Corporate Management, Psychology, or a related field.
