About the role As a Restaurant Manager at Oolaa Group Management Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our busy establishments in the heart of Hong Kong Island. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, from managing the team to driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong Island. What you'll be doing Supervising and leading a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders Ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for all guests Monitoring and optimising inventory, staffing, and budgets to maximise profitability Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety standards Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure menu items are consistently high-quality Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and reservations in a timely and professional manner Recruiting, training, and developing front-of-house staff What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and staff at all levels Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, cost control, and health and safety regulations Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences About us Oolaa Group Management Limited is a leading hospitality company with a portfolio of renowned restaurants and bars across Hong Kong Island.
