Company Overview Located in the vibrant district of Sheung Wan, our 4‑star hotel is renowned for its unique and fashionable design. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team, offering an attractive and healthy work environment. Position Available Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee restaurant operations, including P&L management and tracking of assets to minimize wastage and loss. Identify and explore business opportunities to maximize sales and profitability. Ensure compliance with service standards as established by management for the designated outlet. Manage scheduling and staffing deployment, including holiday planning for section staff (roster drafting). Collaborate with the management team to oversee total shift operations within the assigned restaurant. Conduct orientation for new employees and oversee on‑job training, evaluating performance and providing recommendations for progress. Maintain overall cleanliness, ensuring personal hygiene and grooming standards for staff before they go on the floor. Ensure all equipment meets required hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels during shifts, particularly during peak times, to assist with service efficiency. Manage and control inventory through monthly stock reviews in compliance with finance requirements. Address customer complaints related to business operations. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and house rules, enforcing discipline among staff as necessary. Job Requirements Tertiary education or a certificate in Hotel/Catering. Minimum 4 years of solid experience in the catering industry. Strong interpersonal, execution, and organizational skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position.
