Position Overview Previous experience in a French restaurant is required. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a lively, interactive dining setting, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, actively participates in service, and is skilled at quickly solving problems on the spot. Wine knowledge and the ability to upsell are also important for this role. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Teach, lead and coach the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, including staff management, keeping the place clean and organized, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Guest Relations: Create a welcoming environment, handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure everyone has an exceptional dining experience. Staff Management: Help with recruiting, training, and developing staff. Keep the team motivated, conduct performance reviews, and offer constructive feedback. Wine Knowledge: Use your wine expertise to guide guests in choosing the perfect wine, actively promote wine sales, and manage our wine inventory. Quality Control: Oversee the quality of food and service to make sure we’re always meeting our high standards. Continuous Improvement: Bring fresh ideas to enhance our operations and guest experience. Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years in a management role and a fast-paced restaurant setting. Wine Knowledge: Understanding of wines, including varieties and pairings, with the ability to actively promote wine sales. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure. Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus, but not required.
