We are looking for a talented Sous Chef, CDP and Demi Chef in a professional kitchen. Requirements Sous Chef: Minimum 4–5 years’ experience with the same position in fine‑dining and Michelin‑star restaurants specializing in Western cuisine. CDP: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with the same position in fine‑dining and Michelin‑star restaurants specializing in Western cuisine; lesser experience will be considered for the Demi Chef role. Higher diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate. In‑depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition. Creative and quality‑oriented team player, hard worker, good interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of working in a fast‑paced production environment. Fluent in English and Chinese.
