Sous Chef with The Optimist

We’re now looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to join The Optimist, our iconic, Barcelona-inspired Northern Spanish grill on Hennessy Road. You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service, and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards. You will also take ownership of back‑of‑house duties such as stock take and staff training.
