About the role: We are seeking a visionary and customer-focused General Manager to lead our Customer Experience strategy. This role is critical in shaping how our customers interact with our brand, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and seamless engagement across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement strategy: Design and execute customer experience strategies that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement Analyze customer feedback: Leverage data and insights to understand customer needs and identify areas for improvement Lead and mentor teams: Manage and inspire customer-facing teams, fostering a consistent and positive experience while instilling a customer-centric mindset across the organization Drive cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with marketing, sales, support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey Implement service improvements: Introduce new processes and technologies to enhance customer experience at every interaction Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven ability to lead and manage customer-facing teams, driving performance and engagement Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments Proficient in analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities Familiarity with CRM systems and customer experience technologies Strategic mindset with the ability to align customer experience initiatives with overall business goals Passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering a customer-centric culture Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
