About the role We are seeking a talented and driven Key Account Manager to join the General Mills Hong Kong Limited team in our Kowloon Bay office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving growth within the food services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the success of our business. What you'll be doing Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key foodservice customers Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and profitability Negotiate and secure new business contracts while ensuring the successful delivery of existing agreements Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute effective account plans Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation Represent the company at industry events and engage with stakeholders to enhance our brand presence Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and strategic initiatives What we're looking for 5+ years' experience in an account management or business development role within the food services industry Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to decision-making Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities Proficiency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken About us General Mills Hong Kong Limited is a leading global food company with a portfolio of iconic brands including Haagen-Dazs, Wanchai Ferry, Nature Valley, Betty Crocker and more.
