Digital Marketing Manager (Potential to Evolve into Digital Lead)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with strong Mandarin communication skills and expertise in SEO, GEO, and performance marketing. This role will lead our SEO/GEO strategies, programmatic advertising, and data-driven campaigns in local markets. The ideal candidate will bridge back-office data integration and front-office execution, with opportunities to grow into a Digital Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Global/Geo-targeted) strategies to enhance organic visibility and local market penetration.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and geo-specific optimizations.
  • Manage paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media) and programmatic advertising to drive ROI.
  • Optimize budgets and targeting for local markets.
  • Collaborate with the back office to integrate data sources (e.g., CRM, analytics tools) and derive actionable insights.
  • Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Partner with the front office to design, launch, and monitor campaigns.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Work with content, design, and sales teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to engage with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO , GEO , and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau) and data interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to grow into a Digital Lead role.
