We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team in Hong Kong office. About the job: The BD Manager will lead key sales and operations initiatives from ALTIOS’ Hongkong office, and will report to GM of ALTIOS Greater China. He / She will conduct following tasks, including but not limited to: Business Development Inbound and Outbound: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, expand network of ALTIOS ecosystem; set targets/KPIs, and refine BD approaches with leadership. Revenue Growth: Drive new sales, cross‑selling, and upselling by identifying opportunities in client portfolios. Client Management: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions with timely responses. Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals. Market Intelligence: Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify new service lines and growth opportunities. Performance & Reporting: Track sales performance, conversion rates, and retention; prepare reports and forecasts. Operations: Maintain CRM (Odoo/Notion board), create sales materials, and support the Marketing/BD team. About the candidate: 3 - 5 years’ experience in a foreign consulting company. Bachelor or Master Degree. Study abroad will be a strong plus Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
