As a full-service food distributor, we operate our own multi-temperature warehouse and logistics network, specializing in fresh and frozen food products, including meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, produce, dry goods, and confectionery. Our Fruit & Vegetable Team specializes in premium fruit and vegetables imported from the United States, Australia, Europe, and other regions. Our clients include leading supermarket chains, luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, caterers, and private clubs. Role Summary We are currently seeking a strategic and hands‑on Divisional Manager to lead our Fruit & Vegetable Division. This is a high‑impact leadership role with full accountability for the division’s performance, growth, and profitability. You will manage a team of 7 members and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fresh produce business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 8‑10 members across procurement and sales. Define and execute growth strategies for the fruit and vegetable business in Hong Kong. Take full ownership of the division’s profit and loss performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket chains and foodservice clients. Manage and expand supplier networks across the US, Australia, Europe, and China. Establish new sourcing channels in China where appropriate. Oversee procurement, sales, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards. Build, lead and manage a high performing team. Ideal Candidates Strong knowledge of the fruit and vegetable import and distribution business. Proven network of retail and foodservice clients in Hong Kong. Established contacts with overseas suppliers in the US, Australia, and Europe. Experience working with China‑based suppliers and sourcing channels. Familiarity with the Hong Kong wholesale market is an advantage. Prior experience with a major Hong Kong supermarket chain is highly desirable. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
