Manage sales activities and increase customer base to achieve sales targets. Develop and deliver new growth opportunities and business. Support Product Management, providing technical counsel and clarification of customer requests. Manage issues raised by customers and provide solutions/resolutions. Attend relevant trade shows and provide support at group events. Perform other related duties as required or requested by management. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies. Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent; a Master’s in Engineering or Science is preferable. Minimum 10 years of work experience in sales and marketing. Good sales in exports is an advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Result-oriented, strong in problem-solving, and self-motivated. Experience in team management is an advantage. Enthusiastic, optimistic, persistent, and professional. Willingness to travel frequently - Travel will be required for this role, both domestically and internationally. Frequent travel to Dongguan, China.
