Learn more at Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Prepare tender documents and ensure timely submission in compliance with requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (minimum 3 years for Sales Manager; less experience considered for Assistant Sales Manager). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
