About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing individual with experience in the insurance industry and a strong background in selling individual health and critical illness insurance products to join our team in supporting our Agency force.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing channel activation strategies to meet business goals.
  • Providing in-depth medical knowledge & education to our agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and service our health and critical illness insurance products.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and own key aspects of the channel activation function for the whole team.
  • Assisting agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products.
  • Analyzing product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements.
  • Collaborating with the Agency Business Development, marketing, and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance space.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder, preferably in Business.
  • At least 8 years of experience in healthcare with relevant experience in medical insurance.
  • Must possess a sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to study competitors' information and user feedback to drive sales. With great communication skills to translate consumers' wants and needs into designs.
  • Quick learner and can work independently with little supervision.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills.
  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities.
  • Welcome candidates who have sales management experiences and are familiar with health and wellness products (such as critical illness and individual medical).
