China Market Business Development Representative

China Market Business Development Representative Axis Improvement is expanding its international footprint and is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial professional in China to become our official bridge between China and Brazil. This role is not just commercial, it is strategic. The person we hire will represent Axis at the highest level in China and will have the opportunity to grow directly in proportion to the success of the bilateral relationships they help build. Working language: Spanish or Portuguese (in addition to English and Mandarin). What we are looking for: Spanish or Portuguese for internal coordination 5–8 years in international trade or business development Proven experience working with Chinese companies entering global markets Strong B2B background (technology, industrial, infrastructure, hardware) Active network with SOEs, industry associations, chambers of commerce Experience with CRM tools, WeChat Work, and Chinese digital platforms Key Responsibilities: Build and manage Axis Improvement’s Mandarin website and digital presence Operate and grow the WeChat Official Account with weekly content Establish Axis across Zhihu, Maimai, and relevant Chinese platforms Lead active prospecting and outreach to targeted companies Identify, qualify, and nurture Chinese companies seeking to enter Brazil Participate in key trade shows, sector events, and WeChat corporate groups Prepare commercial briefs and coordinate meetings with the Brazil team Maintain a structured pipeline, weekly activity reports, and follow-up A role for builders, leaders, and self-starters. This position requires self-discipline, initiative, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will operate with a high level of autonomy in China, supported by a solid, responsive team in Brazil focused on helping you convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Your growth in this role will be directly linked to the strength of the bilateral relationships you build, the opportunities you unlock, and the value you help generate for both markets. Expected KPIs: 10–15 qualified leads per month 5–8 meetings scheduled per month 4–6 WeChat publications per month Quarterly pipeline: USD 50,000–100,000 If you are proactive, culturally fluent, and motivated by the challenge of building a new commercial bridge between China and Brazil, we would like to meet you.
