Sales & Business Development Representative The Hostmost Group is a leading Marine Radio Communications and Navigation System service provider. About the Role Be well-versed in product features, pricing, company policies and customer benefits through training and practice. Responsible for data research and preparation of work documents and materials. Responsible for order processing independently and accurately by following the order processing procedures and standards. Responsible for customer visits, conferences, and industry events for promotion of products and services. Provide administrative support and complete any other assigned duties under Hostmost Code of Conduct. A candidate without relevant experience could also be accepted as a potential trainee and will be promoted to a representative of Sales or Business Development based on his/her career plan and performance. Who We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Marine industry or onboard deck crew experience will be preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunication, or other relevant field to the Commercial Marine Industry will be preferred. Fluency in Cantonese and English – both written and spoken at a business level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office inc. PowerPoint and other business tools. Strong learning ability and interests in Marine Industry. Positive and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior staff. High level of attention to details and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven mindset. Resident in and eligible to work in Hong Kong. Why Join Us?
