Role Overview This APAC role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Asia‑Pacific region, with a primary base in Hong Kong. You will leverage your relationship‑building, client‑management, and negotiation skills to expand our client base by engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and in‑person meetings. You will also tailor and deliver compelling presentations that communicate our product offerings effectively across diverse markets in the region. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and qualify leads for our services through outbound calls, emails, and Linkedin outreach. Engage with new subscribers and warm prospects to understand their needs and schedule sales calls. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to support long‑term business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of service and delivery. Develop a deep understanding of our products and the legal information industry. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead progress in the CRM system. Ensure all client interactions and data handling comply with LBR policies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A genuine interest in developing a career in business development. Able to work in Hong Kong. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner. Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient in the face of challenges. Strong time management and organisational skills. A global mindset and ability to work with international clients. Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
