Sales & Business Development Trainee (Talent Reserve)/ Representative The Hostmost Group is a leading Marine Radio Communications and Navigation System service provider. Responsibilities Learn key product features, pricing, company policies and customer benefits through training and practice. Support senior sales staff with data research and preparation of work documents and materials. Get familiar with the order processing procedures and standards, and process orders independently and accurately. Join and support customer visits, conferences and industry events. Provide administrative support and complete any other assigned duties under Hostmost Code of Conduct. A potential trainee with good performance will be promoted to a senior role of Sales or Business Development based on his/her career plan and abilities. A candidate with experiences can be considered for a representative position with salary open to negotiation. Qualifications Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years’ experience in Marine industry or onboard deck crew experience will be preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunication, or other relevant field to the Commercial Marine Industry will be preferred. Fluency in Cantonese and English – both written and spoken at a business level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office inc. PowerPoint and other business tools. Strong learning ability and interests in Marine Industry. Positive and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior staff. High level of attention to details and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven mindset. Resident in and eligible to work in Hong Kong.
