The Langham, Hong Kong
Located at the most fashionable address of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, you will be part of a dynamic team to drive for maximizing the long-term growth of the Hotel by increasing hotel's revenue and delivering high standards in guest experience in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group.
Responsibilities
- Perform lobby reception duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquiries, and cashier;
- Greet VIP guests;
- Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
- Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
- Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis;
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel industry.
- Possess higher diploma or above of hospitality / hotel major.
- Independent & confident to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills;
- Additional language would be an advantage.
*Fresh Graduates will also be considered. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Ambassador.
