We are currently seeking a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Understanding guest preferences and providing quality service;
- Greeting VIP/Club guests and bid farewell;
- Providing a smooth check-in and check-out experience, as well as F&B services to guests;
- Handling inquiries and collecting feedback from guests;
- Ensuring all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel's policies and procedures;
- Supervising The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests' satisfaction.
