Job Responsibilities

As a Membership Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing high-quality customer service duties in the member's lounge. This includes handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as promoting members' benefits and introducing members' only events or activities.

You will also handle membership transactions, provide supervision and training to ambassadors, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
