We are looking for a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong

As a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Understand guest preferences and provide quality service.
• Greet VIP/Club guests and bid farewell.
• Provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience, as well as F&B services to guests.
• Handle inquiries and collect feedback from guests.
• Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Supervise The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years of experience at the Front Office/Guest Relations in world-class service hotels.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated independent individuals.
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
