About the RoleWe are seeking creative and self-motivated talent to join our customer proposition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for product development, proposition and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce engaging written and visual content for various customer-facing channels for insurance education and product explanation purposes.
- Participate in market research, customer interviews and data analysis to understand consumers'/patients' needs and perspectives, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Monitor product performance and provide insights to the product team.
- Create product roadmaps that outline the development and launch of new product propositions.
- Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new product propositions and target segments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns/projects, including events or online acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and engineering, to support the implementation of new and revamped product initiatives.
Full-time: 3-6 months
Part-time: 3+ days per week, 3-6 months
About You- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/or related fields.
- Analytical mind with good business sense and research skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Experienced in data analysis and reporting; coding skills will be an advantage.
