Strategic Support & Execution Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies for properties in Greater China, ensuring alignment with LHG’s Sales & Marketing framework. Support the Senior Director in analysing market trends, competitive dynamics, and demand patterns to identify revenue optimisation opportunities. Contribute to innovation and process improvements in revenue management practices, tools, and systems. Champion LHG Revenue Optimisation processes. Business Performance & Analytics Monitor and analyse property performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Prepare high‑quality analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and property teams. Assist in the evaluation and adoption of revenue management technologies and best practices. Project Management Lead or support revenue management projects, including system implementations, pricing initiatives, and market positioning strategies. Ensure timely and effective execution of projects, tracking progress and addressing challenges as they arise. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with the greater LHG team to implement and complete projects targeted at revenue performance enhancement for the Greater China region. Foster strong relationships with General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue strategies. Facilitate training and knowledge‑sharing sessions to enhance revenue management capabilities at the property level. Systems and Processes Oversee the setup, optimisation, and maintenance of revenue management systems and tools. Ensure the effective use of revenue management systems to drive revenue optimisation and market share growth. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of supporting revenue growth and market share optimisation. Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Skills Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, tools, and best practices. Business‑level proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
