Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Responsible for achieving sales goals for all product lines in the sales region and develop new revenue opportunities in the regional market. Responsible for developing new accounts, managing sales executives, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners. Providing leadership in developing and executing sales programs to maximize market shares and sales opportunities. Developing sales plans and incentive programs. Achieve assessment and training sales & revenue KPIs. Training and appraising performance of subordinates. Preparing departmental budget and controlling costs. Coordinating training courses and seminars. Assisting the Sales Director in business opportunities and strategy. Performing any job‑related assignments as required. Person Specification Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the sales function. In‑depth understanding of organizational awareness and management systems. Familiarity with the integration of operations or system processes in a business environment. Ability to independently carry out marketing in the assigned district, analyze customer groups, manage comprehensively at market operation, and adapt to emergence. Ability to apply a consultative and analytical approach to problem solving. Innovative, solid, and able to communicate with top‑level officials. Good verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English. Strong communication and coordination skills. First‑class presentation skills (especially to senior management).
