We are looking for an Assistant Banquet Operations Manager based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong

As an Assistant Banquet Operations Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections
  • Ensure consistency in quality of food, beverage, service, and cleanliness of sections
  • Constantly obtain guests' feedback to ensure their satisfaction in dining experience
  • Proper and tactful handling of guest complaints
  • Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions
  • Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
  • Ensure that all materials, equipment, and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
  • Supervise the team and assist in departmental training

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Banquet Operations at prestigious hotels or organizations
  • Sound knowledge in food and beverages and strong sense of market trends
  • Customer oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, and accountable
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
