Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food items according to set recipes and Hotel’s standards
  • Ensure the hygiene standards in the food preparation and service areas are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation and storage of ingredients
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels or Staff Canteen
  • Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
