We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Cafe TOO based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong

As an Assistant Manager - Cafe TOO, we rely on you to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions, menu planning, budget control, and staff training.
  • Maintain consistency in quality of food, beverage, service, and cleanliness of sections appointed.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with hotel service standards and exceed guests’ expectations.
  • Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards.
  • Collect guests’ feedback to maintain service quality and standards.
  • Conduct F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, with 2 years of experience at a supervisory level in a large-scale restaurant operation.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Service-oriented with an outgoing personality.
  • Innovative and strong sense of market trends.
  • Presentable with strong leadership skills.
  • Proactive, customer, and business-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
