Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Actively identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other channels. Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with external entities (e.g. enterprises, institutions, associations) to drive business collaborations. Maintain close relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover collaboration opportunities. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the eye care industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, healthcare or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales (pharmaceuticals or medical devices). Excellent communication and interpersonally skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners at all levels. Familiarity with eye care industry is a plus. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
