Position Description:

  • Actively develop customer/channel resources in the healthcare diagnostic or medicine segments, preferred overseas market including USA or Europe.
  • Develop & execute the business strategy/plan to ensure the achievement of the annual sales target & market share expansion.
  • Collect & analyze product/market information & provide reference/suggestion to the KOLs and Key Account Customers in the overseas market.
  • Work with the relevant stakeholders as partnership cooperation to provide comprehensive professional solutions for customers.
  • Maintain customer relations, provide necessary daily support & solve problems where applicable.
  • Co-work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely order delivery to maximize commercialization cooperation.
  • Manage sales quotation, commercial agreement and all other contractual related activities.
  • Be accountable for data entry into the CRM to track business opportunities and sales performance through personal/team communication.
  • Other task assigned by the reporting manager, Head of Business Development.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree or above, preferably MBA or EMBA or DBA in business, marketing, medical or regulatory affair and other related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experiences in healthcare MNC industry, professional consultancy or management background preferred.
  • Excellent sales and communication as well as commercialization skills with successful records including distributors management for CRO or CSO.
  • Possess good channel resources and customers as well as regulatory affair or clinical trials base in the overseas markets, USA or Europe preferred.
  • Good adaptability, quicker learner with proactive working style.
  • Team-work spirit, strong initiative, enthusiast and creative in work.
  • Fluent in English, Excellent Office Software (PPT/Excel/Word/Project/Python etc.), Omnichannel Digital Marketing and Business Planning Skills.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the world's leading cause of morbidity and mortality as well as the health industry's most costly disease for treatment. Yet, despite recent advances in its treatment, more effective and accessible ways to tackle CVDs remain to be discovered. Hong Kong Centre for Cerebro-cardiovascular Health Engineering (COCHE) is taking on the challenge to develop new ways to treat CVD with innovative technologies allowing early prediction and intervention, so people can stay a step ahead of the disease. These technologies can also reduce the human cost, as well as alleviate both the financial and social burden, on the healthcare system. In collaboration with the University of Oxford and the Karolinska Institutet, Hong Kong Center for Cerebro-cardiovascular Health Engineering (COCHE) was established under City University of Hong Kong in 2020. The COCHE, supported financially by Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), was admitted to Inno-Health cluster of InnoHK Programme which is a major R&D initiative of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. We are developing flexible sensing, biomedical and molecular imaging, nano-biosensing, and AI in health with the focus on innovative wearables that collect key vital signs, including but not limited to continuous blood pressure and electrocardiogram signals on an unobtrusive and real-time basis. The collected data is transmitted for further analysis and integration with other biomarkers, paving the way for the early detection and diagnosis of possible acute cerebro-cardiovascular diseases.
