Senior Business Development Manager

Job Overview A top tier Chinese Mutual Fund in Hong Kong Steadily expanding Business Development team in both Hong Kong and Mainland HQ Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, insurance companies, family offices, and other financial institutions. Drive sales and distribution of the firm's mutual fund products, with a focus on USD-denominated bond funds. Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to grow AUM. Collaborate with product, investment, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Represent the firm at industry events, roadshows, and client meetings across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Provide market insights and client feedback to internal stakeholders to support product development and strategy. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in asset management, mutual fund sales, or institutional business development. Native Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. Deep understanding of asset management products and industry trends, especially in USD bond mutual funds. Strong institutional client network and proven ability to raise assets. Willingness to travel frequently between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
