Senior Manager / Manager - Business Development Experienced and strategic Manager of Business Development who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and leadership, with a focus on achieving results and fostering team success. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and revenue growth. Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed defined sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Client Engagement: Oversee the client engagement process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction through professional viewings and consultations. Reporting and Analytics: Lead the production of timely and accurate sales reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing loyalty and encouraging repeat business. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs. License Agreement Oversight: Ensure the accurate preparation and compliance of license agreements, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and legal adherence. Outreach Initiatives: Strategically engage with third-party agents and broker partners to enhance product awareness and expand market reach. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. Team Development: Mentor and develop the Assistant Manager and Executive BD team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing sales performance and team efficiency. Requirement: Graduation/ Master in any related specialised field At least 3 years of successful sales experiences in premium Hotels, Business Centres, Leasing or any relevant field Experience in leasing industry would be an advantage Product Knowledge Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling to SME and corporate clients.
