Regional Key Account Development Manager (freight forwarding) Overview: He or she is responsible to proactively interact with Client alongside the account managers directly through email enquiries, call and face‑to‑face meetings and QBR/MBR presentations, with the guidance and support from the respective account managers who are in a more senior role. Responsibilities Commercial Responsibilities Assist the account owner to explore opportunities on Regional/Global Key Account. Participate in the process of RFI, RFQ, proposals and presentations. Assist the BD team leader to conduct commercial data research and analysis on particular market, verticals, companies or social topics, identify business opportunities and share market updates with selected parties/customers. Pre and Post Sales Responsibilities Assist Key account managers to ensure the comprehensive SOPs enabling flawless execution of the sold value proposition, and ensure contracts/agreements are vetted and authorized by signatories. Manage and evaluate business team. Assist the team leader in team management via Account’s P&L and shipment data collection, reporting, data validation and set‑up individualized KPI performance valuation tool for the team.
