Regional Key Account Development Manager (freight forwarding) He or she is responsible to proactively interact with Client alongside the account managers directly through email enquiries, call and face-to-face meetings and QBR/MBR presentations, with the guidance and support from the respective account managers who are in a more senior role. *Must have 3PL, Freight forwarding background. Commercial Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the account owner to explore opportunities on Regional/Global Key Account. Participate in the process of RFI, RFQ, proposals and presentations. Responsible for assisting the BD team leader to do the commercial data research and analysis on some particular market, verticals, companies or social topics, to identify the business opportunities underneath and share with the selected parties/customers for the market update. Pre and Post Sales Responsibilities Assist the Key account managers to ensure the comprehensive SOP’s enabling flawless execution of the sold value proposition, and ensuring contracts / agreements are vetted and authorized by signatories. Business Team management and evaluation. Accountable for assisting the team leader in team management via Account’s P&L and shipment data collection, report and data validation and set‑up the individual KPI performance valuation tool for the team through the guidance and support from the team leader.
