Business Development Officer (Beauty/Fashion) Conduct thorough market research to identify new leads and potential merchant partners within the beauty/fashion sectors Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to prospective merchant partners Promote HKTVmall’s services, aligning our offerings with merchant partners’ business objectives and needs Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, business contacts, and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing partnership development Prepare sales contracts and provide essential onboarding training to newly acquired merchants Execute and complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management Who is Our Right Fit: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline 0-2 years of relevant working experience in business development or a sales-oriented role, candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Business Development Officer role Korean language proficiency is an advantage Demonstrated sales success with a strong track record of achieving targets Experience in the beauty and fashion, e-commerce, or retail industry is advantageous Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited is a Hong Kong-listed company (SEHK: 1137).
