Sales & Business Development Manger (Food products /Japan market) Our client, a food product company, is seeking a high‑calibre candidate to join their team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Responsible for achieving the company's sales development and marketing plan especially in Japan market. Manage business strategy and KPI to meet sales profit and goals to increase market share. Work closely with internal/external parties to achieve the targets. Lead the team to support key business parties and distributors to plan and implement new product launch, maintain a proper inventory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key related business parties, distributors. Collect relevant market information in order to meet the market needs to develop the business in Japan. Lead and develop new business channels. Requirements At least 5 years’ strong track record in Sales & Marketing function, especially in the area of Food business. Experience in Food manufacture, knowledge of Food market in Japan, work experience in FMCG sector would be a advantage. Previous work experience related to Japan market and understanding Japan culture is required. Strong communication and coordination skills with business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office in terms of using PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Japanese (N2 or above). A proactive individual, willing to take on new challenges. Business trip to Japan and other countries is required.
