Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in contract logistics. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and partners. Develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs and align with the capabilities. Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. 3 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
