Business Support Officer

Key Accountabilities:
- Support business processes such as pre-employment, on/off boarding and changes during employment cycle.
- Responsible for data inputs into HR Information System and HR record maintenance.
- Handle enquiries from potential candidates/employees from time to time.
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment related ordinance and regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in data processing of HR Information System. Proficient in MS Applications.
