Your new role
- Develop and implement corporate business policies and procedures.
- Formulate and execute annual development plans, marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise business activities.
- Control internal compliance and comprehensive risk management within the department.
- Manage the financial and human resources of the corporate business department.
- Implement head office policies and systems, adapting them to local market conditions, and develop corresponding implementation rules and methods.
- Formulate and promote corporate business operating plans based on head office requirements and development plans.
- Conduct market research and planning for corporate business, establish and improve market monitoring systems, and develop corporate business development plans and marketing strategies in line with head office policies.
- Develop and optimize new corporate business products within the scope of authority, and promote, advertise, train, sell, and provide related support for these products.
- Organize and promote corporate business marketing, identify key target markets and customers, lead marketing development, and implement customer marketing services.
- Manage corporate clients, lead major corporate and group client marketing efforts.
- Ensure internal compliance and comprehensive risk management within the department, and implement requirements for case prevention, confidentiality, anti-money laundering, and business continuity management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments.
